A short while ago I found myself experiencing severe back problems, with extreme tightness in my neck and upper back and so much pain I was having difficulty sleeping. Feeling that I needed a highly skilled therapist I went to see the folks at Muscle Release Medical Massage. From the first session I experienced relief and was finally able to sleep through the night. I had a total of four sessions as well as an education on the source of my problem. They also sent me home with guidelines and stretches to avoid getting to that place of discomfort again. I would not hesitate to recommend these services to anyone with back issues.

Last spring I was struggling with severe hip pain and
knew I would need hip replacement surgery. I really didn't want to give up my golf season to recover from surgery so I chose to go to Muscle Release Medical Massage for help with my hip pain and loss of mobility. As a result of weekly Medical Massages, I was able to continue to play golf several times a week, as well as continuing to garden, walk, and exercise until late fall. They were always attentive to the individual and special needs of my body. I felt that they helped in maintaining as much mobility as possible and helped me recover faster after surgery.
